Update they’re sending me a new camera
I bought two . One came the panel was broken so they sent me a replacement it lasted a week. You have to pay for the cloud storage and the cell service which is fine . It has a tech support within the app that is pointless and no help. Well now my other camera is turning off and on constantly. These cameras allow me to watch my horses off my property. Honestly it’s like it’s always something going wrong. I really hope the company helps make this right because I have had to buy a panel off amazon that finally works and now I’m stuck with a camera that’s not working like it should. Please just keep this in mind when purchasing. I have sent a screen shot of when this happened and they’re refusing to send another camera it randomly does this connection issue. Mind you the other camera isn’t far away so this is not a service issue at all. Please be careful when purchasing from this seller.
