Terms of service
These Terms govern your use of gmoxvision.com and purchases from GMOX Vision, operated by IKECAM TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, and 1-Year Limited Warranty. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Using Our Store
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract under the law applicable to you. Provide accurate, current contact, payment, and delivery information. Do not use our store for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with security, infringement of others' rights, or unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Product Information and Compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to describe product features, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. Minor appearance differences may arise from screen settings or photography, but this does not excuse supplying a product materially different from its description. Review the specific product page and instructions for power, installation, recording, network, app, storage, and environmental requirements before purchase. Contact us if anything is unclear.
4G Service, Apps, and Storage
Our 4G cameras require the original supplied SIM card and an active compatible cellular data service for remote connectivity. They are not intended for use with independently purchased replacement SIM cards. Supported network availability depends on the model, supplied service, location, and local coverage. Reference to a carrier does not guarantee a signal at your installation site or establish an affiliation with that carrier.
Cellular data service and optional cloud storage are different services. Using a separately purchased microSD card instead of cloud storage does not remove the cellular data requirement for remote access. Cloud storage is optional; compatible local storage is available on supported products. Card capacity and other storage requirements are stated for each model.
Data and cloud plans are purchased or renewed through the applicable app. Prices, trial eligibility, renewal settings, cancellation terms, and refund terms depend on the device and service provider; review them before purchase. Service charges are separate from the hardware price unless expressly included in the product offer.
Contact the relevant app provider for app-billed subscriptions and account billing assistance. GMOX Vision can help identify the appropriate support route and troubleshoot the hardware. Use of third-party services does not remove our responsibilities for the products or representations we provide, or your applicable legal rights.
Lawful and Responsible Use
Camera and audio-recording laws vary by jurisdiction and location. Use these products only where you have the necessary authority and obtain any consent required by law. Do not use them for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized audio recording, stalking, harassment, or invasion of privacy. Follow applicable workplace, residential, hunting, wildlife, and other relevant rules. A discreet design does not create permission to record another person unlawfully.
Orders, Prices, and Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and any paid shipping option are shown at checkout. We do not represent that all orders are tax-free. GMOX Vision accepts Shopify Payments and PayPal, including the eligible card and wallet methods displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on the payment provider and your circumstances.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason such as unavailable stock, a material listing error, payment failure, a shipping restriction, or suspected fraud. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without your consent. If we cancel an order for which payment has been collected and do not fulfill it, we will refund the collected amount for the canceled order to the original payment method.
Delivery, Cancellations, and Returns
Our Shipping Policy explains the service area, free standard shipping, processing times, and delivery estimates. Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy explains the 24-hour cancellation-request window, 30-day return period, shipping responsibilities, and refund process. A request must be reviewed and is not an automatic cancellation or return authorization.
If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised period, we will provide the notice and delay-consent or cancellation options required by law. A statement that delivery dates are estimates does not remove those obligations.
Limited Warranty
Our 1-Year Limited Warranty begins when you receive the original product and covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship under its stated conditions. Contact support before returning an item. A warranty replacement does not restart or extend the original one-year warranty period. Lifetime technical support is available for the useful life of the product at no additional support fee, but it does not extend the one-year hardware warranty. The warranty period is separate from the 30-day return period and does not provide an unrestricted right to return a functioning product after that return period.
Website Content and Reviews
Website content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights belonging to the relevant rights holders. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission unless the law permits it. References to third-party names, apps, or networks do not imply endorsement or partnership.
If you choose to submit a public product review, you confirm that it reflects your experience and that you have permission to share any accompanying material. You allow us to display that review with the product and make formatting adjustments that do not change its meaning, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights. Private customer-support messages, photos, or recordings are not automatically licensed for public advertising use. We will seek separate permission for such use.
Third-Party Services and Website Availability
Third-party apps, payment services, websites, and subscriptions may have separate terms and privacy policies. Review those terms before using the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services or our website. We will not use this provision to exclude responsibility that we have under applicable law.
Liability and Consumer Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that we are legally entitled to exclude. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not disclaim implied warranties or statutory guarantees where a written warranty or applicable law prevents us from doing so.
Security products do not guarantee prevention of crime, injury, or property loss. Use suitable safeguards and back up important recordings. This does not limit any responsibility for defective products or inaccurate representations that the law places on us.
Changes, Applicable Law, and Contact
We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to remedies available under the laws applicable to them, including their place of residence.
